Michael Weinberger

Michael Weinberger serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Schechter. Under Michael’s guidance, the firm’s IT Department has created integrated solutions for disparate technologies to communicate effectively and streamlined the processes required to implement solutions easier, faster, and more efficiently. He has extensive experience building and improving workflow-centric applications, databases, and systems. His expertise in medical billing, scheduling, and credentialing systems has enabled Michael and his team to develop innovative technologies for Schechter. Michael’s expertise involves engineering, and often times re-engineering, existing platforms into highly automatable systems.

Michael has implemented technologies that improve onboarding and accessing key business data from strategic alliances. As chief architect and system designer, Michael developed proprietary systems for the company’s current platform to provide web-based Client services. He redesigned the company’s SaaS software platform.

Michael also serves as a co-founder of Proactive Technology Management. Proactive provides additional support for Schechter’s ever-evolving technology strategies. Through Proactive, Michael built a certified EMR, OrthoplexEMR for multi-specialty orthopedic groups.

Michael earned a BS from Rutgers University. He and his wife, Kate, have two children and enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time at their cottage in Northern Michigan.
