Cindy Gresham

Cindy Gresham serves as the Manager of Business Development Operations, playing an important role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our insurance business development efforts as they relate to operations. Working closely with the Director of Business Development and the Marketing team, Cindy focuses on streamlining processes, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering collaboration across departments. Responsible for optimizing lead management, enhancing team productivity, and implementing process improvements, Cindy ensures alignment and effective communication across departments to support business growth and success.

On a personal note, Cindy is the Founder and President of Haley’s Helpers, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for youth mental health in honor of her daughter, Haley. The organization focuses on educating parents and kids about the dangers of today’s high-potency THC products. Additionally, Haley’s Helpers hosts workshops designed to promote mental health by providing a safe space for kids to socialize and support each other through their struggles. www.haleyshelpersfoundation.org
