Alex Martin

Alex Martin came to Schechter with over 20 years of experience providing independent wealth management advice to his clients. In addition to his role as a Client Service Associate, Alex consults with CPAs and attorneys that wish to expand their scope of services and add value for their clients by offering insurance and investment advisory services.

Prior to joining Schechter, Mr. Martin gained extensive knowledge and experience with Southeast Michigan consulting firms advising individuals, business owners, and professional services firms throughout the country and internationally. He also has experience establishing Registered Investment Advisers and has held a leadership position with a broker-dealer.

Alex lives in Largo, Florida with his wife Julie and their three daughters. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, has held Series 7, 63, 24, 66, 53, 27, 79, licenses, and carries insurance licenses for life, accident, and health.
